How true is this?

Is this an actually widely accepted saying "we disagree to agree?" Whichever way, it is so true when related with the word - relationship. I once heard someone say that building a relationship can be linked with having a hair cut. For some (especially the males) that God has blessed with a lot of hairs, dare not leave their hair as long as 7days without visiting a barbing salon for a hair cut. If they must look neat, the hair then must be trimmed constantly. Are you starting to get my point? Oh, yes you do - No, you don't? .......How true is this?
